About Financial Services
The Office of Financial Services is responsible for the fiscal operations of the ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ. Our office reports to the Vice President for Administration and Finance.
The primary responsibilities of Financial Services include:
- All financial reporting
- Budget preparation, production, and finalization
- Reconciliation of the ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ's bank accounts
- Process utility payments
- Some preparation and approve all journal entries for general ledger, income ledger, and appropriation ledger data entry
- General supervision of all business operations of the ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ and related financial services, which include the General Fund (or Operating Fund), Auxiliary Funds, Restricted Funds, General Restricted Funds, and Non-Restricted Funds.
Mission
Our mission is to provide the financial services that are necessary to meet the general expectations of the governing bodies, ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ staff, and ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ students and student organizations.
