The operation of a vehicle on the campus is regarded as a privilege granted by the ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ in order to effectively carry out its goals and purposes. As such, the privilege may be revoked whenever it interferes with the functions of the ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ.
